ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ashley E. Myles

Dr. Ashley E. Myles (b. 1946) is a Reader kin English at the University of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. His Ph. D. dissertation on W.B. yeats has been published under the title “Theatre of Aristocracy” by the Institute of English and American Studies, Saizburg, Austria. He has presented and published several papers including ”The Poetry of John Keats,’Recent Trends in Indo Anglian Poetry, ‘William Golding, the Nobel Laureate’ and “T.S. Eliot and W. B. yeats – A Comparison ‘ he is on editorial Board of the Departmental Research Journal of the English Department, Gorakhpur University, which recently brought out TSF, a commemorative research volume on the occasion of the birth century of T.S. Eliot. He has associated with the teaching of Indo Anglian Literature to the Post Graduate students for over ka decade. He is editing, at present, a critical anthology of Indo-Anglian Fiction.
