For the last few decades, the world has fast moved from internationalism to a stage of globalism. It is reflected in the increased interdependence between states on a worldwide scale; free mobility of people, goods, services and capital across borders; fast transfer of technology and online communication, and in structures that serve immediate transmission of information and knowledge. beside these positive trends the phenomenon of globalisation also exacerbated considerable threats to human security in many ways. Global inequalities in income and living standards have reached grotesque proportions. Apartheid and fundamentalism has become crucial global problems.
