ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ada P Kahn

Ada P. Kahn, Ph.D. is the award winning author of a wide range of health-related books including Stress A-Z, The Encyclopedia of Work-Related Injuries, Illnesses and Health Issues and Keeping The Beat: Healthy Aging Through Amateur Chamber Music Playing. She has co-authored many other books, including Facing Fears: The Sourcebook for Phobias, Fears and Anxieties, The Encyclopedia of Phobias, Fears and Anxieties, The Encyclopedia of Mental Health, Midlife Health, The A-Z of Women's Sexuality, and Empower Yourself.
