Behavioural skill development includes training to develop certain behavioural skills in people, such as how to attend to calls or complaints at front office etc. the process is mechanical and is not designed to influence profound changes in people. It is delivered through demonstration, modelling, instructions, role-play, rehearsal and feedback. None of us are born with Behavioural skills.
