ABOUT THE AUTHOR S.C. Latha

Latha Sangubhotla is a faculty member at ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad. She holds a bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Osmania University and a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Texas at Dallas. She worked about ten years in IT industry including eight years with Nortel Networks, USA. Her writing career started with a Systems Level document development for GPRS project at Nortel Networks. Her areas of interest include Telecommunication Management and Disaster Recovery Management.
