The subject ‘Computer Graphics’ is included in most of Computer Science courses of Indian Universities and Technical Boards. This book is targeted to students keeping in mind their academic requirements at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. To start with this book it contains two parts. The first part ‘Part A’ deals with introduction to different graphical functions that are available in C and their usage. It consists of six chapters that deal with introduction to Graphics, Bar Graphs and Charts, Animations, Line and Circle Generating Alogrithms, 2-dimensional and 3 Dimensional Transformation and Clipping and windowing Techniques along with sufficient example programs to illustrate each concept. ‘Part B’ of this book contains small projects that are implemented using C Graphical Programming. These projects are mainly based on demonstration of different computer related concepts, namely CPU Scheduled Algorithms, Disk Scheduling Alogrithms, Lan topologies, Data Structures Demonstration, Architectural Demonstration of Working Computers and Searching Sorting and Merging Algorithms.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR B.M. Havaldar

B.M. Havaldar is a corporate trainer in Vikas Global Solutions Limited, Bangalore. He is a teacher and trainer in the field of Information Technology. He did his Engineering in Computer Science from Kuvempu University, Karnataka and M.Sc. I.T. from KSOU, Mysore. He is in the teaching field from the past eight years and he runs his own coaching center giving training for B.Sc., MCA, BCA, B.E. and Diploma students. Previously he worked in T. John College and Polytechnic Sections of Dayananda Sagar College, Reddy Jana Sanga College and various training centers in Bangalore. He is expert in the subjects like C, C++, VB, Oracle, Computer Graphics, System Programming, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Internet Programming and Software Engineering.
