Caste Based System in Hinduism: A Lower Caste Study

S.K. Modi a teacher by profession, has had a brilliant academic record.  He obtained M.Phil in Social Anthropology and Ph.D (in Tribal Demography) from a reputed university of India.  He is an associate professor of sociology, teaches graduate and undergraduate sociology students.  Modi organized a dozen field-tribal areas of various parts of the country.  He is a dedicated fellow and always endeavoured to explore new idea of socio-economic development of tribal communities.  He has published a number of research papers/articles on different subjects in various books, journals of repute and has contributed many papers at various national and international seminars and conferences.
