In this book, an attempt is made to bring together a variety of new management ideas which will help in fostering productive corporate culture and business excellence in any organization. The paucity of standard books on “Modern Management” has prompted me to edit this book for the benefit of those engaged in either imparting or acquiring knowledge about management. The author has endeavoured to incorporate all the available material into a comprehensive but brief account of management. This volume has been written to obviate the difficulties which the changing scenario is putting forward and to meet the needs of the numerous students / managers who face this changing environment.
