ABOUT THE AUTHOR B Krishnamurthy
Dr. B. Krishnamurthy took his Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in History as well as P.G. Diploma in French from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. His post-doctoral work is on the Freedom Movement in the French Settlements in India and he has a book in Tamil on this subjecet to his credit. Dr. Krishnamurthy has contributed numerous research papers and articles to edited volumes and reputed journals, on Indo-French Relations. French Foreign Policy, European Integration and the European Human rights Regime. He is currently Reader in the School of International Studies and Coordinator incharge of the Centre for Nehru Studies, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR Geetha Ganapathy-Dore
Geetha Ganapathy-Dore is a research accredited Associated Professor on English at the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences of the University of Paris 13, Paris. She is the author of The Post-colonial Indian Novel in English (2011) and co-author of a textbook English for EU Law (2002). she has edited a volume of essays on Anita Desai's In Csutody (2009) and co-edited 4 other books in Enlgish and French dealing with Post-colonial literature on European and international relations.
