Chaos-Order and Social Coexistence

Capacity is required to make a social contract and for biological-genetic-social-material-political-spiritual conditions. Social fitness of an individual is networking capacity with the society. Economic acts of individual and the households compete with planned economic acts of the state. Rent-seeking is literacy independent and is widely practiced by people holding state money or state powers. Such political-social behavior interferes with planned choices seeking change in social-economic layers. State and the Rule of Law are the design of social coexistence. Rule of law applied to political societies, receives importance. Learning of social coexistence is learning experiences of the society. Corruption by the king’s men crumbles rule of law and affects social coexistence. Corruption-paradox links conflicts in the society. Is corruption a conflict-modifier? Forced cooperation in social conflicts fractures coexistence. Cooperation in conflicts is best dealt in adaptive systems by creating self-sustaining feedback systems, oscillating between problem-seeking and problem-solving. Systems of feedback are forms of participation.
