ABOUT THE AUTHOR Didla Venkateswara Rao

Didla Venkateswara Rao did his Master of Commerce in Co-operation and Rural Development, and Master of Laws in International Law, from the Nagarjuna and Andhra Universities respectively. He was awarded the degree of Ph.D. in International Law, by the Jawaharlal Nehru University in the year 2002. He has the vast experience of having practiced as an advocate in several District Courts of A.P. and the Andhra Pradesh High Court, the Central Administration Tribunal (PB), New Delhi, and the Supreme Court of India. He is also an awardee of The Administrative of Justices, by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the year 1992-93, and had served as a Prosecutor in the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi for sometime. He is also a staunch supporter of Human Rights, apart from being a social worker in his own right. In addition, he has the distinction of having participated in several national and international seminars. Another book by the same author, Estoppel in International Law, is under progress.
