Common Grasses of the United Provinces

This book comprehensively deals with descriptions of 92 of the commonest U.P. Grasses together with notes on local names, distribution, ecology and economic uses. Elementary and advanced keys have been given as well as a section on the morphology of grasses. The work is illustrated by 64 plates. The appendix shows correct names of species of Grasses of the Flora of British India and their modern names where a change has occurred.
