ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mannar Indira Srinivasan

Mannar Indira Srinivasan holds a master's degree in Mass communication and Journalism from Sri Padmavathi Women's University, Tirupathi. Currently she is working for Icfai Research Centre, Hyderabad as Consulting Editor. She has 16 years of academic and industrial experience of which, 6 years she has served abroad for the governments of Maldives and North East Africa. She has been a freelance writer in India and abroad for the last 17 years and have contributed several articles to the English as well as vernacular press. She worked for All India Radio, Tirupathi, and Radio for Adult Education at Eritrea. She was a member of Public Relations of India Tirupathi Chapter and served Lok Adalat, Medak district, A.P. for two years. Her areas of interest are: Gender, ICT, Culture and Communications.
