Comparative Public Law

The present book Comparative Public Law conceptualized to respond to the curricula shift in the field of higher legal education, primarily explores the expanding horizons of public law, embracing certain areas, hitherto considered to be outside its realm. Loosely divided into three parts, the book sets about the tasked approach signifying the importance of a holistically based analytical advance on the subject aimed at calibrating to the present day socio legal realities. It hopes to reach out to educators and policy determiners of sister disciplines as well, though in the main emphasizing on public law through the wider prism of thought and reflection responding primarily to LL.M students and research scholars.
