Neetu Gaur is faculty at the Centre for Research in Rural and Industrial Development (CRRID), Chandigarh. With Economics as academic background socio-economic issues of development are her research interests.

Vijay Laxmi is also  on faculty at the Centre for Research in Rural and Industrial Development (CRRID),  Chandigarh. With Political Science as academic base, issues related to the development of the South and Central Asian region are her research interests.
