Ashish Makhija is Managing Attorney of AMC Law Firm and is the Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India) attached to the High Court of Delhi. A Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and an advocate, he has over 26 years of hands on experience in commercial, corporate and allied laws. He also holds a Masters degree in Law from India and USA. He is a Faculty at the Institute of Directors taking Master Class of Directors and was an adjunct professor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, USA, until December, 2014. He has several published books and research papers to his credit. He is one of the Specialist Editors of the 23rd Edition of MC Bhandaris Guide to Company Law Procedures published by LexisNexis in 2016.
