ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ashok Kumar

Ashok Kumar obtained M.Sc. and M.Phil degrees in Zoology from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. He started his research work in the field of Avian Endocrinology and submitted thesis for obtained Ph.D. He has presented and also published research papers in reputed Journal. Presently he is working in Homeopathis Pharmacopolea Laboratory (HPL), CGO-I, Hapur Chungi, Ghaziabad. He is a member of several societies. He is an author of following books:-Movement and Locomotion in Animals, Animal Physiology & Human Physiology.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Hari Haran

Dr. Hari Haran, Deputy General Manager (Academic) in Management Training Institute (ISO-9001 accredited) of Steel Authority of India Limited is B. Tech. (Mech. Engg.), Master of Business Management and Ph.D. in Management. He has attended courses organised by BHPE-Kinhill Joint Venture in Australia, Indian Institute of Management at Kolkata, Xavier Labour Relations Institute at Jamshedpur, National Institute of Industrial Engineering at Bombay and Centre for Organisation Development at Hyderabad. After working as Marketing Executive, he developed expertise in teaching, research and consultancy in General Management, Strategic Management, Marketing, Management Information System and Human Resources Development. He has been associated in management programmes of leading organisations and institutions and he is an academic counsellor of management courses of Indira Gandhi National Open University. He is Life member of leading professional bodies operating in the fields of Engineering, Management and Training & Development. Articles have been published by Dr. Hari Haran on Corporate Entrepreneurship, Knowledge based Entrepreneurship, Industrial Marketing Communication, Marketing Information System, Customer Satisfaction and HRD. Many cases, management games and exercises have been developed by him. He is also editor of management journal 'Growth'. Research work of Ph.D. aspirants in entrepreneurship and marketing and project work of MBA students from India and abroad have been guided by him. A survey on marketing of services has been conducted by him in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to assess potential opportunities. Two books on 'Re-energising Enterprises through HRD' and ‘Management Cases for Business Managers and Trainers' were edited by Dr. Ashok Kumar and Dr. Hari Haran. Special contributions have been made by them on Corporate Entrepreneuriship in International Conference in Singapore, South Asian Management Forum in Maldives and National Seminars in India.
