The Industries and Business organizations today form the most important aspects of any country. They also influence the nation’s-politico-economic fabric deeply. In the present environment, corruption is rampant, bureaucracy is full of red tape, inaction in compliance of legal and regulatory measures are prevalent anywhere and everywhere, the nexus between the industrialists and fractured polity etc., make anyone believe that there is hardly any light at the end of the tunnel. Industries, business houses, organizations and the people at large-face threats of murder, abduction of personnel, violence, scams, scandals, thefts, rape and other white collar crimes, sabotage and putting factories and business houses, on fire etc., which make one shudder. This state of affairs needs immediate attention by all concerned and there is an urgent requirement for taking stern preventive and punitive measures to reverse the trend. This is a burning issue and is the call of the day. Lord Shiva the ‘Kalpataru,’-epitomising India’s ethos, is a simple and selfless God, being worshipped throughout, from North to South and East to West. One of the reasons for this reverence is his ‘giving all’ nature. He has neither any need nor any greed. He motivates the individuals to raise themselves from their ‘lower self’ to ‘Higher Self’. His transformation ‘leadership’ has significant impact on the lives, ethicalities, thoughts and actions of most Indians. Taking an inspiration from Lord Shiva and the vision of His ‘Trinetra’ (wisdom of the third eye), the mortal leaders that we are have to learn to be selfless, transparent and to have transformation ability.
