The developed countries of the West have progressed through their Universities in the contemporary world. This is true that technological and industrial development initially took place in para Universities, institutions and places but after the Industrial Revolution the research and developmental work in every discipline has been taken up mostly by the University Professors and Organisations. The developed countries of the West have been successful in investing sufficient funds for research and development through the Institutions of higher education. While as developing countries have not been able to invest sufficient funds in their institutions of higher education and that is why new innovations are not taking place in the developing world. The developing world on the other hand is suffering from the brain drain their best brains after education migrate to the developed world. On the other hand the products of the Universities and colleges have to face great problems in finding jobs and placement after the completion of their studies It is in this context that this book has been prepared.
