This book gives design aid-tables and charts for the limit state design of reinforced concrete members-slabs, beams, columns, footings, retaining walls, water tanks etc. based on IS : 456-2000. Of the many distinctions of the book, mention may be made of beams with non-rectangular compression zones, biaxial bending of beams, columns and ties, flanged colums and flanged beams and effencts of temperature and shrinkage in design of long buildings.
