ABOUT THE AUTHOR Gangadhar B. Sonar

Gangadhar B. Sonar is presently Lecturer in the department of studies in social work at Karnatak University Post Graduate Studies Centre Bijapur, Karnatak and has been a social work educator for past five years.  He is also the editorial board member of the Journal of Global Economy, a national referred journal publish by Research Centre for Social Sciences, Mumbai.  He has presented several papers in the national conferences and has presented several papers in the national conferences and has 21 publications to this credit.  He is Post Graduate and M. Phil in social work from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Shivarudr K. Kallolikar

S. K. Kallolikar is presently Reader and Director of the Karnatak University Post Gradate Studies Centre Bijapur, Karnataka and has been teaching History and Archeology since last 24 years.  He is MA and PH. D. in History and Archeology from Karnatak University, Dharwad.  He has authored 2 books, 10 articles and also presented several papers in national and international conferences.  His book Holageriya Rajakumar a novel, based on historical facts about Dalit movements is the major contribution to indigenous Kannada literature.  Further, he has successfully guided 15 M. Phil and 1 Ph. D. students.
