ABOUT THE AUTHOR R.C. Puri

R.C. Puri (b. 1939) M.A., LL.B., D.L. Sc. has had a brilliant academic career. A Prolific writer, his works include Life Story of Lala Lajpat Rai; Shivaji, the Great Patriot and Metropolitan Dictionary of Legal and Police Terms. He has also contributed a number of articles in various journals of repute. Currently he is Libration, National Archives of India.
