Article 45(a) of the constitution of India has guaranteed education as a fundamental Right for every citizen. for this the government of India is being initiating the steps to equalize educational opportunities to its entire people since independence including children with disabilities. To certain extent this has made to set right the imbalances in equalization of educational opportunities to all the citizens of India.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma graduated from the DUVASU, Mathura in the year 2010 and qualified his master’s degree in Veterinary Microbiology from the College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Faizabad in 2012. Dr. Verma was gold medallion in M.V.Sc. degree and cleared ICAR- NET. He published 10 research/clinical articles in different national and international journals. Presently Dr. Verma is working as Assistant Professor in the College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Faizabad (U.P).
