Distance learning students will need to have access to a computer, modem, and a telephone line or to a cable connection. Keyboarding proficiency will be critical to the student; and the student must be able to communicate effectively through reading and writing nearly all communication will be written; and students must feel comfortable expressing themselves in writing.
