Dynamics of Kashmir Politics" is an analytical study of nature and motivation in factional politics of Kashmir. It has been studied in five chapters. First chapter deals with basic cause of factionalism in Kashmir politics. Constitutional development and status of Kashmir is discussed in the chapter second. However, third chapter throws light on the state politics in Jammu and Kashmir. ABOUT THE AUTHOR S.N. Kaul

Dr. S.N. Kaul is a Director “grade Scientist & Head, Wastewater Technology Division at National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur (India). He has obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees from I.I.T., Kanpur and was awarded Ph.D. degree by the University of New Castle-upon-Tyne, U.K. He has supervised several students for the award of Ph.D. and M.Tech. Degrees in the field of Environmental Engineering and has published 245 scientific articles. Dr. Kaul has also coordinated international R & D programmes with Italy, Germany and Sri Lanka.
