This book, Eco-Tourism Paradise Andaman and Nicobar Islands, is an attempt to provide basic nature related information on the Islands, combined with personal observations on various facets of the archipelago, which are the farthest appendage of Mother India, dotted beautifully like blue waters of Bay of Bengal. These islands have the unique distinction of having different aborigine tribes of both Negreto and Mangoloid stock. The natural beauty of these idyllic islands, combined with unique endemic flora and fauna, attract a large number of researchers, naturalists and tourists both from India and abroad. The book gives details of important nature tourism areas, as also provides valuable inputs about the glorious sacrifices made by the freedom fighters, its aborigine tribes, and rich bio-diversity. To make the information more authentic and reader-friendly, scientific facts are presented as travelogues. Eco-Tourism Paradis, should help in furthering the interest of naturalists, researchers and tourists in these islands and spread the message of nature conservation.
