Economic ideas of professor a. Dasgupta -A Centenary Tribute is an edited vlume prepared from Papers contributed to one of the technical sessions of the IEA Conference, 920030 at Kolhapur devoted to this theme on the occasion of birth centenary of Professor Amiya Kumar Dasgupta. Professor Amiya Kumar Dasgupta has been regarded as the Economist of Economists and the first Indian to contribute in the area of theoretical economics. He had the unique opportunity to observe almost equally the Indian economy both in pre and post independence era. This book, as a centenary tribute ti his contributions has attempted to provide a glimpse of his multi-directional economic ideas within the span of 23 articles included in it.
