In conceptualising and writing this book I have read a wide range of books, journals, reports and writeups of experts in respective domains which have enabled me in understanding the intricate issues relating to the Indian economic reforms which were introduced by the end of December, 1991. The book further focusses the multidimensional trend of our economy inter-alia analysed many critical areas where radical changes are required to be done keeping in view the long-term interest of the country in the wake of globalisation. I am dedicating the book to my beloved parents who attained the Lotus Feet of Lord.
