ABOUT THE AUTHOR V.T. Raju

Dr. V.T. Raju is the Professor of Agricultural Economics since December 1980 and actively involved in teaching different U.G. and P.G. courses in Agricultural Economics, guiding Post-Graduate students and conducting research on different aspects of Agricultural Economics. He worked as Assistant Professor in GVPAUT, Pantnagar, U.P., Project Executive at NDDB, Anand, Gujarat, Economist at ICRISAT, Hyderabad, A.P. and professor at GAU, Gujarat. At present he is working as Professors and University Head, Head of the Department, Department of Agricultural Economics, Agricultural College, Bapatla, ANGRAU, A.P. Dr. V.T. Raju was the first recipient of the “Jawaharlal Nehru Award” for outstanding research in Agricultural Economics. He published three books, five chapters in edited books and four book reviews. He published 125 articles in Indian and Foreign Journals.
