“Education and Human Resource Development†reveal the concept of theoretical aspects of education and practices in the real world. It reflects that there are differences between theory and practice. In theory education is the key point of all economic ills. But in practice this important sector is neglected. The area, which neglected the importance of education, is called developing, backward and poor economy. The economics having low level of education will suffer from social taboos, social tension and conflicts among people. The whole economy will be badly treated without improvement in the human capital. The most essential substance is not equally distributed in region wise and with gender wise. Gender inequality is so serious because half of the population ratio is neglected for educational attainment in India. A district in Rajasthan, Jaisalmer, has female literacy percentage of only four. Education is the only way to improve the position of these females.
