Education and Development Relationship in Punjab

Maninder Singh Sarkaria is a Lecturer at District Institute of Education and Training, Amritsar, Punjab. Earlier, he worked as a Lecturer in Commerce. Dr. Sarkaria earned his P.G. degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar for his work in the field of industrial economics. He has contributed several papers to journals of national and international repute.
