ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ashok Kumar Tyagi

Dr. Ashok Kumar Tyagi the author of present book is teaching political science in Government V.S. Postgraduate College, Dabra (Gwalior) under Jiwaji University. He has been teaching at graduation & post graduation level & associated with research programme. He completed B.A. (Honour in Political Science with University of Delhi, Delhi & post graduation studies at Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University) New Delhi. He had the opportunities to finish the B.Ed. & specialize in a specific branch of education with formal training in Advance Diploma in Special Education (presently know in as M.S.Ed.). Author completed the Doctoral research in inter-disciplinary filed. He qualified NET-U.G.C. & also awarded Teacher Fellowship under IXth Plan by University Grants Commission in 1998. Mr. Tyagi successfully qualified the M.P. Public Service Commission Examination 1991 for Assistance Professor. Author presently working in ‘Education for Children with Disabilities’ in Madhey Pradesh.
