ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sher Singh

Sher Singh did his M.Lib.Sc. in 1960 and M.A. (History) in 1963 from the University of Delhi. In 1965 he did his M.A. (Political Science). He is associated with several professional associations and has been in the library profession for over forty years. He is Former Deputy University Librarian and was Chief of the Educational Services Division at the Central Reference Library of Delhi University Library System, University of Delhi.
