Educational Entrepreneurship is one of the new disciplines in India. Educational entrepreneurs are the visionary thinkers who create new for profit or non-profit organizations such as schools, colleges, universities etc. from scratch that redefine our sense of what is possible. These organizations stand separate and independent from existing institutions like public school districts and teacher colleges, as such, they and the entrepreneurs who start them have the potential to spark more rapid, dramatic change than might otherwise be created by status quo organizations.
Educators should focus on the own special outcomes of educational entrepreneurship and reach out for partnerships with educators at other levels. There is room for entrepreneurship in some way everywhere in our educational system. This book shall be of immense value for students in the education discipline as well as for budding entrepreneurs to make them successful educational entrepreneurs.
