Efficiency and Ethics in Management

Management relatively, is not a new subject. However, it has acquired a great significance over the last decade or so. Now, managers are not merely the people, engaged in business, instead, they are leaders in their areas, who not only lead their work force, but inspire them as well. Hence, efficient management is as art now. Further, a certain amount of ethics is also required for effective functioning of any management personnel. This aimed at providing the management functionaries a vision and insight, particularly beneficial for all managers-present and future, in private or public sector and as well as for the Government officials.
