The focus is on developing and evolving IT based user-friendly solutions and processes that will satisfy the felt and unmet needs. Measures like re-engineering the processes. Technology adoption, judicious exploiting and harnessing of available talents and expertise will help achieve this goal. The initiatives taken by the Judiciary, as we observe, are beginning to show results. These initiatives will transform the entire Indian justice delivery system and by the end of this decade, the Judiciary will evolve to become one of the most efficient and proactive organs of the State.
