ABOUT THE AUTHOR P.K. Menon

P.K. Menon is a practising journalist with over two decades of experience in the profession besides about six years teaching the subject before he joined active mainsteram journalism. He has given lectures to professional organisation, published papers on teh art of communications and journalism and also organised seminars and conferences on various aspects of media and journalis, including press freedom, traditional communication arts, role of the journalist in a developing society, etc. He is a prolific writer. His earlier book Effective Media and Mass Communication has been widely appreciated.
