ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rejir Karlo

Rejir Karlo (b. 1973), M.A., Ph.D. (Political Science) from Arunachal University, is serving as lecturer in the department of Higher Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, since 1996. Presently, he is working as lecturer (senior grade) in Political Science in D.N. Government College, Itanagar. His academic interest lies in teaching Indian Political system and Political theories, and research interest in tribal polity and society.
