ABOUT THE AUTHOR Khatibullah Sheikh

Dr. Khatibullah Sheikh has done doctorate from Jawaharlal Nehru University, new Delhi.  He has been engaged in urban studies since last 10 years dealing with subjects of Urbanisation, Regional Planning, Urban Planning, GIS applications.  Presently he is working as a Development Professional on participatory Urban Governance and Local Self Government.
