We need not just laws that lend substance to our emerging anti-terror strategies but more importantly, a whole new generation of people who must be educated on what it means to fight terror in a democratic setup.
This means that every one in India and those abroad whose profession, interest or roots lie in India, need quality inputs on the laws: acts and rules that govern the Indian fight against terror.
