ABOUT THE AUTHOR Harmeet Kour

Prof. Harmeet Kour obtained her B.Sc. (Medical degree in 1986 and M.Sc. (Botany) in 1988 from the University of Jammu, Jammu, with first division. She has a brilliant academic record. A seasoned teacher, having over 16 years professional standing currently she is working in the Department of Botany, Govt. P.G. College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu (J&K). Recently she had attended General Orientation Course at Academic Staff College, Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar. She has many standard publications to her credit.
