Commander CP Sharma is a BTech from IT, BHU. He has had an active career spanning twenty-five years in the Indian Navy. After retirement he started practicing Yoga and this book is the result of the author’s ten-year long experience in therapeutic yoga through self-healing and training he has imparted to people individually. An excellent orator, he also delivers corporate lectures at esteemed institutes and establishments.
