ABOUT THE AUTHOR A.S. Sudan

Dr. A.S. Sudan has been actively associated with academic activities in the Post-Graduate Department of Commerce, University of Jammu, Jammu both as student and researcher. He obtained his M.Com., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Jammu, Jammu. He also holds D.B.M. from the same university. Dr. Sudan has attended a number of national and international seminars and conferences in which he presented the papers and participated in deliberations of these conferences. A life member of Indian Commerce Association, currently, Dr. Sudan is engaged with full time teaching assignment. His books viz. Encyclopaedic Dictionary of Personnel Management (in 2 Vols.) and Marketing Management of Handloom Products were widely acclaimed.
