Intellectual Property Rights have been consistently in focus since Paris and Berne conventions held in 1883 and 1886. Globalization has further made the situation on one hand promising for Indian economy but on other had worse conditions have been created in the field of Agriculture which has adverse effect on our economy.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Talwar Sabanna

Dr. Talwar Sabanna, Faculty Department of Studies and Research in Economics, Karnatak University KRC P.G. Centre, Belgaum obtained his M.A. (First Rank and Gold Medal), M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga. His area of interest are Gender Issues, Agriculture and Environment. His research papers have appeared in various journals and edited books. He is guiding M.Phil and Ph.D. students and completed one minor project. He is currently undertaking UGC sponsored and Department of Women and Development sponsored Major Research Projects.
