ABOUT THE AUTHOR V.L. Mony

V L Mony is an academician in Law who has specialisation in IPR and Business Law. He has a doctorate and post doctoral degree in Law from Berhampur University, Odisha. He is presently working as Professor of SelaQui Academy of Higher Education, Dehradun. He has published some books on IPR, Human Rights and Business Law. The present work is his topic on post doctoral degree of Copyright Enforcement. He is also pursuing his research from University of Turku, Finland on Comparative Law. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching Law in India and abroad.
