One of the great social transformations of the 21-century is now well underway towards developing entrepreneurship in the transitional economies. Entrepreneurs should know their businesses in depth, prepare a solid business plan, manage financial resources effectively, understand financial statements, learn to manage people and try to stay healthy.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR R. Dayanandan

Dr. R. Dayanandan obtained his M.Phil as well as Ph.D. from Gandhigram University. He was a Senior Research Fellow of UGC during his Ph.D research work and University Rank Holder during his graduation. He is a perceptive researcher and has contributed a number of papers to different Journals. Dr. R. Dayanandan is a life member of several professional and academic bodies and has participated in various conferences/seminars. He has also organized national level seminars and debate. Currently he is the Head of the department of Natural Resource Economics & Management, Mekelle University, Ethiopia.
