The book ‘Entrepreneurship: Motivation, Performance and Rewards’ captures the entirety of the entrepreneurial experience right from the formation of a desire for and a perception of feasibility of pursuing a career in entrepreneurship. Besides examining a host of environmental factors impinging generally on the entrepreneurial activity, the book takes a close look also at the personal contingency variable, backgrounds and motivations that shape an individual’s decision for a plunge in the vortex of entrepreneurship.
