ABOUT THE AUTHOR Francis Moore

Francis Moore, an alumnus of Carleton University at Ottawa, Canada, has taught at several Universities in Canada, the United States and Australia. Presently, he is doing research on Welfare and Public Economics. He is author of around eight books, monographs, articles and reports on environmental impacts on human beings. As a lead, he directs a team that works on the environmental policy and research issues in collaboration with policy makers and academics in Columbia, China, India, Malaysia and other developing countries.
