K.M. Joshi (bron 1972) is currently working as a Professor in the Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavanagar University, Bhavanagar, India. Prof.K.M. Joshi has been a visiting Professor at University of Toronto, Central European University, University of Philippines, Mykolas Romeris University of Lyon 2 and University of Paris 8. Higher Education Reforms, Private Higher Education and International Economics. Dr.K.M. Joshi has 5 edited books and more than 41 articles to his credit.

Saeed Paivandi (bron 1956) is currently working as a Professor in the University of Lorraine, Nancy, France.
