ABOUT THE AUTHOR V.R.K Chary

V R K Chary is a professional in the area of Finance with over 25 years experience. Presently, he is working as Controller of Examinations at the ICFAI University. Earlier, he was heading the ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and had rich experience in management of business schools and in teaching finance courses. He also worked as General Manager (Finance) at Danlaw Technologies India Limited, Hyderabad. He started his career with Union Bank of India and worked for 18 years in various positions of the Bank. His academic career includes ranks in B.Com, CFA and DBM examinations. He is a CFA from the first batch (1989) of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He has served on the Boards of ICFAI (1992-95), CCFA (1989-95) and IBSAF (1999-2000). He has addressed many seminars which include topics of fundamental and technical analysis.
